P&O Cruises x Citro Terms and Conditions
Promoter
Citrus Innovations Pty Ltd (ABN 25 667 285 654) of Level 21, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Citrus Innovations) is the sole Promoter of this Competition. Permit number: ACT TP 24/00354.
The following entities will supply prizes in connection with this Promotion:
a) Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises Australia (ABN 23 107 998 443) of Level 5, 465 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood, NSW Australia 2067 (‘Cruise Prize Supplier’) will supply the "Cruise Prize"; described in sections 11 - 15 ; and
b) Citrus Innovations will supply the "Flight Prize" described in sections 16 - 22 ,
(together the 'Prize Suppliers').
Instructions, prizes, and the Annexed Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions form part of these Terms and
Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
Competition
1. Entrants must open a Citro Account with a Citro Rewards Visa Card for a chance to win a P&O
Cruises Short Break.
2. This promotion commences at 12:01am AEDST on Friday 23rd February 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on
Sunday 10th March 2024. (the Promotion Period)
3. Winner's Cruise Prize and Flight Prize must be booked directly by the Winner with the Cruise Prize
Supplier and Flight Prize Supplier respectively and within any period stipulated by the Prize Suppliers.
Entry
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 year or over (Eligible Entrants).
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Prize Suppliers and any third parties
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-
parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-
sister or first cousin.
6. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Prize Supplier using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in
the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media,
including an email to all participants of the promotion, for up to 5 years without remuneration for the
purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and in promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Prize Supplier.
7. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must open a Citro Account with a Citro Rewards Visa Card during the
Promotion Period.
8. An Eligible Entrant who enters the Competition will receive one entry into the prize draw.
9. The Promoter may deem entries invalid if they do not comply with the P&O Cruises x Citro Terms and Conditions and the Annexure Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions or they otherwise engage in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises this Competition.
Prize
10. The Prize is made up of the "Cruise Prize" and "Flight Prize" described below. The total prize value is
approximately $3,800 (incl. GST).
Cruise Prize
11. The total cruise prize value is up to AU$1,600 (incl. GST) (correct as of 20 Dec 2023).
12. There is one prize to be awarded. The winner will win:
a. one (1) P&O Cruises Short Break twin-share in a Balcony Room departing Sydney or
Brisbane in 2024, on a mid-week departure (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday), excluding Main
Event cruises. (the ‘Cruise Prize’)
13. The Cruise Prize includes:
a. twin-share accommodation in a Balcony Room
b. select onboard main meals and snacks (with the exception of those restaurants and meals which
have an additional cover charge);
c. select onboard activities, evening entertainment and comedy shows (with the exception of those
activities and facilities which have an additional cover charge) as well as kids clubs;
d. taxes, fees and port expenses;
14. Itineraries and are not guaranteed and onboard offerings are subject to change.
15. Award and redemption of the Cruise Prize is subject to the winner agreeing to the Annexed Prize
Supplier Terms and Conditions.
Flight Prize
16. In addition to the Cruise Prize, the winner will win:
a. return flights for two from any of the following cities: Launceston, Hobart, Perth, Adelaide,
Darwin, Alice Springs, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, or Cairns, to the
city from which the cruise will be departing (i.e. Sydney or Brisbane) (as nominated by the
winner and agreed to by the Promoter) valued at approximately $1,200 (incl. GST) (the "Flight
Prize").
17. The Flight Prize includes:
a. return economy airfares for two;
b. 23kg checked baggage per passenger; and
c. one night's accommodation if required to connect the flight with the cruise journey (as agreed
to by the Promoter).
18. The Flight Prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions and rules of the airline and any
hotel provider where accommodation has been provided.
19. The airline is responsible for any delay, cancellation, or suspension of flights. The Flight Prize Supplier is not responsible for any costs or charges (including rebooking charges) if the flight is delayed, cancelled or the passenger is unable to board the flights for any reason.
20. Award and redemption of the Flight Prize is subject to the winner agreeing to the Annexed Prize Supplier Terms and Conditions.
21. All taxes which may be payable, and any other costs incurred by the winner and/or their travel
companion as a consequence of receiving the Flight Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner and
their travel companion.
22. Insurance, including travel insurance is not included in the prize and is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
Winners
23. The awarding of the Prize is subject to the Promoter being satisfied (in its sole discretion) that the
eligibility criteria has been met and reserves the right to request verification from the winner of their age, identity, residential address, Australian residency, passport validity and any other information relevant to the administration of the Competition and the awarding of the Prize. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, who has the final decision.
24. The winner will be randomly selected by a computer generated program at the Promoter's Head Office, Level 21, 50 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW 2000, or an alternate location chosen by the promoter, at 12pm AEST on Monday 11th March 2024. The first valid entry drawn will be determined as the conditional winner.
25. The promoter will take reasonable steps to notify the winner directly by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
26. The name of the winner will be announced on the Promoter's website Monday 11th March 2024, provided the winner has been notified by telephone and acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions in writing within two (2) business days of being contacted by telephone.
27. If the winner does not accept the Prizes by Sunday 24th March 2024, then the Prizes will be forfeited by the winner and a replacement winner will be selected.
28. A replacement winner, if any, will be notified directly by email or phone within two weeks of the 25th March 2024.
29. The Prize Suppliers reserve the right to disqualify a winner if they do not comply with the P&O Cruises x Citro Terms and Conditions and the Annexure Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions or otherwise engage in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises this Competition.
30. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash and
cannot be varied. The Promoter’s decision in awarding the Prize is final and binding. If for any reason
this Competition is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition is affected for any reason, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, subject to licensing authority approval, cancel, terminate, change or suspend the Competition with no recourse against the Promoter and its partners.
31. To facilitate prize arrangements for the winner and their travel companion, personal information about the winner and their travel companion will need to be provided to the Prize Suppliers. By accepting this Prize, the winner warrants that they have provided their consent to the use and/or disclosure of their personal information in relation to the Competition. If the winner does not provide this consent, the Promoter may not be able to award the Prize. Personal information could include, among other things, email address, telephone number, name, passport details and address.

ANNEXURE – Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions
33. The Cruise Prize and the Flight Prize (together the Prizes) are subject to availability. If the Prizes (or part of the Prizes) is unavailable, the Prize Suppliers, at their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the Prizes (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to substantially equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
34. With the exception of any expenses specifically included in the Prizes, all:
a. costs associated with transport to/from the departure port will be the responsibility of the
winner and accompanying guest and will not be borne by the Prize Supplier; and b. pre and/or post accommodation (other than accommodation incidental to connecting flights), shore excursions or other onboard activities, spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
35. The winner and their accompanying guest are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary and
valid travel documentation including, passports, any requisite visas and vaccinations. The winner and
their accompanying guest will be responsible for any expenses incurred in obtaining necessary travel
documentation, including any fines or penalties incurred as a result of not having the requisite travel
documentation.
36. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as
cash. If the winner is, for whatever reason, unable to travel within the nominated period, or does not take
an element of the Prizes within the 12 months then that element of the Prizes will be forfeited by the
winner.
37. In accepting the Prizes, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media
editorial requests by the Prize Suppliers, including but not limited to, being interviewed and
photographed, and the winner grants the Prize Suppliers a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use
such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for
use.
38. With the exception of the intellectual property rights set out in the P&O Cruises x Citro Competition T&Cs and these Prize Suppliers Terms and Conditions, the winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
39. Standard terms and conditions of travelling with the Cruise Prize Supplier and the airline supplying the Flight Prize and the hotel providing accommodation for the Flight Prize (if any) will apply, including any applicable age restrictions and vaccination requirements. Winners will be made aware of the terms and conditions of the relevant airline or hotel at the time their flights or any accommodation is booked for the Flight Prize.
40. The winner must provide valid identification to the Prize Suppliers. The winner must be over the age of 18 years (subject to applicable age restrictions). Alcohol consumption and gambling onboard are
restricted to passengers aged 18 years of age or older. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be
required from the winner and/or accompanying guests at check-in in order to board the cruise ship, for all incidental charges.
41. The Prize Suppliers accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the incentive. Independent financial advice should be sought.
42. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social
media platform including Facebook. Entrants provide information to the Promotor and/or Prize Suppliers
and not to any social media platform. Entrants completely release any relevant social media platforms
from any and all liability.
43. As a condition of accepting the Prizes, the winner must sign any legal documentation, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
44. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Prize Suppliers (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Prize Suppliers’ control); b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Prize Suppliers) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Prize Suppliers; d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; e) if the cruise is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Prize Suppliers; f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or g) use of and/or taking of the prize.
45. Prize Suppliers collect personal information in order to conduct the competition and administer the Prizes and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities in Australia, New Zealand and the ports of call on the cruise itinerary. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Prize Suppliers may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic
messages or telephoning the winner in accordance with their Privacy Policy available here: For the

supplier - https://www.joincitro.com.au/privacy-policy. Entrants should direct any request to opt out,
access, update or correct information to the relevant Prize Supplier.
46. The laws of NSW apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. The winner submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
