All Instant Consult doctors are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as required by the Medical Board of Australia. All you need is access to the internet and a camera and speaker installed on the device you are using. It’s super easy if you download the Instant Consult app for either Apple IOS or Android to access the service on your phone or tablet, but if you’re on your computer, using Google or Safari is okay too.
