Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to promotional challenges and prize draws offered in the Challenges tab of the Citro app. The promotions are offered by Citrus Innovations Pty Ltd (ABN 25 667 285 654) (“Citro”).
Citro Challenges - General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to promotional challenges and prize draws offered in the Challenges tab of the Citro app. The promotions are offered by Citrus Innovations Pty Ltd (ABN 25 667 285 654) (“Citro”).
General Terms and Conditions for Challenges
By joining a challenge or otherwise participating in promotions set out in the Challenges tab of the Citro app, you agree to these Terms, in addition to other terms and conditions which govern your use of the Citro Card including the Citro Card Terms and Conditions and Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Please check these Terms and any specific terms applicable to challenges listed in the app regularly. Citro may change these at any time without prior notice and may modify or withdraw any promotions in the Challenges tab. Any changes will not affect individual challenges that you have already started.
Citro’s rewards challenges are subject to fair use. Citro cardholders will be disqualified from promotions and will not be eligible to receive any related rewards if they engage in any dishonest, unfair or improper conduct or conduct designed to manipulate Citro’s challenges or promotions, as reasonably determined by Citro.
The following applies to all promotions in the Challenges tab of the Citro app, unless stated otherwise:
- To participate in challenges and draws, you must be a current Citro cardholder with a linked bank account, not be in breach of any of Citro’s terms and conditions and remain eligible to participate in Citro’s Rewards program under the Rewards Terms and Conditions.
- For all challenges you must use your Citro card to transact, either online or in-store anywhere the Citro Visa debit card is accepted. Full terms at Citro Card Terms and Conditions.
- Once you have joined and completed a challenge, Citro will use reasonable endeavours to credit the cash reward to your Citro account and card within 30 days, in accordance with the Rewards Terms and Conditions. Bonus draw prizes will be credited within 5 weeks of the specified draw date. Promotional cash rewards will be tracked in the Citro app.
- Cash rewards earned via the Challenges tab of the Citro app are ineligible for redemption to superannuation (‘Cashback to Super’).
- All amounts are in AUD.
- Citro cardholders may receive the cash reward applicable to each challenge or draw only once.
- Promotional cash rewards from challenges and draws are in addition to any cashback offer and may be combined with other promotions set out in these Terms or advertised by Citro.
